 We start our customized day tour from your lodging and drive around our beautiful Mount Etna volcano, stopping at several ancient Sicilian villages and driving through the "red wine route" called "Mare-Neve".
We will visit along our way several wineries, such as "Murgo" company, "Gambino", "Cottanera", "Torrepalino" and so on... which are the most famous and well known Etna wine producers. You will see how they produce wine, prosecco and grappa and enjoy wonderful wine tasting combined with typical Sicilian dishes. |

We are pleased to organize a short visit of the most important highlights of the baroque city of Catania. We will experience the visit of the famous local fish market where we show all the products used in the course later on. We then drive you to a Sicilian village on the slopes of mount Etna where in the ancient 18th century villa of the famous gastronomy journalist Eleonora you will experience the Sicilian course. The lesson is conducted personally by her in her kitchen. The course is based on the most famous Sicilian recipes, focusing on pasta, fish and vegetable dishes. You will make your own homemade pasta. In a very elegant atmosphere in her Mediterranean garden, you will enjoy your lunch combined with a selection of wine. |

Enjoy a wonderful introduction to some of the most scenic coastlines and beaches Sicily has to offer from the best possible place - the sea itself. Enjoy a wonderful day taking in the sights of the Gulf of TAORMINA, well-know for its pristine beaches and sparkling blue waters, with your local expert guide and skipper. Our highlights today include the stunning Bay of Isola Bella, the Grotta Azzurra (blue grotta), the bays of Mazzarò and Spisone, and Capotaormina that is guaranteed to intrigue you with its rugged and unusual coastline, and not forgetting the bay of Naxos with its breathtaking views and sightings of Mount Etna. Our day doesn't end there however, a dip in the clear blue waters followed by a light lunch including fresh fruit and beverages is a must, and if you want a close up view of the ocean bed we also have snorkeling gear onboard. We can end our day in a local fish restaurant on the beach.
We are pleased to combine the boat trip, with an early start, with a fishing activity and finish our day in a restaurant where we will cook our caught fishes and enjoy a wonderful lunch overlooking the sea and Isola bella bay. |
